OFFICE SPACE AND EQUIPMENT LEASING/PURCHASING - $1000

These 2 steps are critically important due to the importance of location and the long term budgetary effects of office leases and equipment leases/purchases. In addition, these 2 processes must happen in tandem because you don’t want to sign a lease for office space before you’ve been approved for an ultrasound equipment lease, and you don’t want to lease or purchase an ultrasound machine prior to securing a space for it to be delivered.  First, we will guide you through the process of selecting and leasing your office space. At the same time, we will also assist in the decision making process of selecting ultrasound equipment, negotiating satisfactory pricing and purchase/lease terms. We can also provide a personal introduction to our ultrasound equipment and financing vendors of choice.

Please understand that we cannot guarantee anyone that they will be successful in securing satisfactory leasing agreements but we can make recommendations to be used in your negotiations.

INSURANCE, PERMITS,

AND OTHER LEGALITIES - $300

We will guide you through selecting the types of insurance you need and what you should be paying for it.  We can guide you through securing permits for your business and show you what we do to protect ourselves from liability.

DETAILED START-UP PLAN AND EXPENDITURES - $1,000

We will provide you with a complete and detailed list of tasks and timing as well as expenditures with estimated costs.

OFFICE, AUDIO/VIDEO, AND LIVE INTERNET STREAMING SETUP - $1500

We will guide you through your office set up with recommendations as to office layout and amenities.  We can also assist you in successfully setting up all of your electronic devices and peripherals. In addition, we can guide you through the process of selecting a vendor and setting up your facility for live internet video streaming.

MARKETING PLAN - $2000

A successful business needs a successful marketing plan. We will provide you with a personalized marketing plan including recommendations as to the following:

PRICING STRATEGIES - $500

Determining what to charge for your services is very important.  We will work with you to determine an appropriate pricing strategy based on your market, your goals, and your competitors.

ACCOUNTING AND RECORDS MANAGEMENT - $1000

We will train you on the fundamentals of small business accounting that we have learned over our years in business.  It is important that you have a solid foundation if you intend to manage your own business.

While we are unable to give tax advice or take the place of your CPA, we can impart to you our own experience and knowledge so that you can keep good accounting records.

CUSTOMER SERVICE, SETTING APPOINTMENTS, AND RUNNING YOUR OFFICE - $750

We only provide one level of customer service – Excellent! We can teach you how to provide your clients with this level of service, how to organize your schedule to minimize downtime, help you choose scheduling software, and how to maintain your great reputation.   We will also provide you with scripts we use, both on the phone and with clients in the office, as well as email templates we use for generating repeat and referral business.
